1. Purpose
The purpose of this personal data privacy policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) is to inform how jobbox.ai S.A. (hereinafter, “jobbox.ai”), a brand owned by Doctor CV identified with RUC No. 20603883382, domiciled at Av. Tomasal No. 820, Int. 604, Urb. Los Huertos de San Antonio (Torre D), district of Santiago de Surco, district and province of Lima, processes the personal data it collects through jobbox.ai.

2. Regulatory framework
This Privacy Policy is regulated by Peruvian law and, in particular, by the following regulations:
Law No. 29733 (hereinafter, “Law”).
Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, which approves the Regulation of Law No. 29733 (the “Regulation”).
Information Security Directive, approved by Directorial Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS/DGPDP.
Law No. 29571, Code of Consumer Protection and Defense.

3. Retention period
The personal data provided is retained as long as its cancellation is not requested by the owner of the data.

4. Personal data bank
The database owned by jobbox.ai, which contains personal data provided, is registered in the Data Protection Registry under the Personal Data Protection Authority under the name “Website Users” and code No. 15994, in compliance with the Law and the Regulations. In case you subscribe to our Newsletter or make a comment on our blog, your personal data will be included in the bank called “Blog and Newsletter” which is in the process of registration with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Purpose
The personal data provided will be processed by jobbox.ai for the following purposes: To collect your information in order to evaluate your job profile, provide outplacement advice and send you diagnostics and recommendations to improve your employability.

6. Transfer and recipients
The personal data provided at the moment is not transferred nationally. Similarly, such data will be transferred internationally to Amazon Web Services for cloud storage purposes, whose servers are located in the United States.

7. Safeguarding of information
jobbox.ai adopts the necessary security measures to guarantee the protection of the personal data provided in order to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment and/or unauthorized access, as established in the Law and the Regulations.

8. Disclosure
jobbox.ai undertakes not to disclose or share the personal data provided, without your consent, with the exception of the following cases:
Requests for information from public authorities in the exercise of their duties and the scope of their powers.
Requests for information pursuant to court orders
Requests for information pursuant to legal provisions

9. Cookies
The jobbox.ai website uses cookies, which are strictly necessary and essential for the use of the website and to allow free movement, use of secure areas or personalized options. In the event that links or hyperlinks are placed on the jobbox.ai website that redirect to other places on the Internet, which are owned by third parties that use cookies, jobbox.ai is not responsible for the use of cookies by such third parties.

10. Procedure to guarantee the exercise of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition of Personal Data (ARCO Rights).
The owner of the data may exercise the rights of access and information, rectification, updating and inclusion, cancellation or suppression and opposition to their personal information, and to oppose its processing.
ARCO rights are exercised in writing by means of a request addressed to jobbox.ai through contacto@jobbox.ai.com.
In your request you must attach the form found at jobbox.ai/derechos-arco-jobbox-ai
There you will indicate your full name and, if applicable, attach the document proving the legal representation of the holder, attach a simple copy of your national identity document, indicate your email for notification purposes; as well as the contact email address; and a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise your rights, including the documents supporting your request.
Once the above requirements have been fulfilled, jobbox.ai will inform you whether your request has been accepted or rejected, explaining the reasons for this. In accordance with Peruvian law, jobbox.ai has twenty (20) business days from receipt of the request to send a response in the case of a request for access, and ten (10) business days if you request the rectification, updating or deletion of your personal information.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, jobbox.ai may retain certain information of the data subject requesting the cancellation, in order to serve as evidence in the event of a possible claim against jobbox.ai for liabilities arising from the processing of such information. The duration of such retention shall not exceed the legal statute of limitations period for such liabilities.

11. Modifications to the Privacy Policy
jobbox.ai expressly reserves the right to modify, update or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. Any modification, update or addition to this Privacy Policy will be immediately published on the website, so that the data subject will be aware of what information is collected, how and under what circumstances jobbox.ai uses and treats his or her information.
